Been riding my bicycle around Piedmont for a week, best gelato I've had. Particularly enjoyed Sicilian canoli and chocolate extra fondente! Make sure you try with whipped cream (con Panna), it's fresh made, not from a can!

I truly don’t understand how this place isn’t on a lonely planet, michelin, or gambero rosso guide yet. I think the only reason they’re not is because the locals have a conspiracy that this place remain a secret . Any flavor they make is going to be out of this world good, but their Fior di Panna is incredible. I strongly believe that you can tell which gelateria is the real deal based on the taste of their most simple product and Mimmo’s have nailed it! If you’re ever in Nizza Monferrato, even if it’s the dead of winter, go and try their gelato. The gates of heaven will open and the angels will start singing hallelujah the moment their tasty creations hit your taste buds!
